Seriously, there is a correct way to walk. I see so many people walking around and they are just putting one foot in front of the other, their heads are down, intently focused on what is directly in front of them, with no thought to their posture as they walk. 5. Stand up straight when you are walking, or standing for that matter. I remember my basic military training days. Head up, stomach in, chest out, and shoulders back, do these things while walking or standing. Sometimes you will forget, but just keep reminding yourself, and soon it will become a habit.

It may take some discipline, but if you practice these tips daily, before long it will come to you naturally. You will become more graceful and have better poise. The proper way to walk and stand involves everything about you, your body, mind, and spirit. It is so worth doing, you will feel better for it, and your feet will love you.
